About Me.

Recognizing my role as a healer allows me to empathetically capture your life experiences, fostering an understanding of the empowerment that arises from processing and moving in a directional way.

Welcome! I’m Savpreet, also known as Sav. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State with 7 years’ experience, including 3 years dedicated to psychotherapy. I earned my Master’s of Social (MSW) from University of Washington in 2016 and my Bachelor’s (BA) in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University in 2012.

My work spans diverse settings, from hospitals to outpatient care, serving clients aged 13 to end-of-life. Early experiences teaching daily functioning skills to kids with autism ignited my passion for witnessing growth and healing. This journey inspired me, shaping my capacity to grow alongside each client and appreciate the abundant and fascinating human experience. My clients' growth reflects my effectiveness in the work I do.

Throughout my clinical experience, I worked in various healthcare specialties, gaining insights from both systemic and personal perspectives on health. Settings included inpatient medical hospitals, inpatient psychiatric units, and pediatric emergency settings. In recent years, I've embraced a compassionate, paced space in a psychotherapeutic setting, connecting with clients from all walks of life who found resonance and comfort. I value this capability and honor it by giving back.

I demonstrate a continued commitment to the field of psychotherapy through ongoing education, staying updated on research, and a curiosity-driven quest for resources to better understand my clients' needs. Empowered by my ancestors, I advocate for the vulnerable and provide a non-judgmental space for healing.
